It’s back to work again after a wonderful holiday break. Too short but I am grateful. One good reason to create some Thanksgiving cards. Plus, we have recently just celebrated our quarterly Thanksgiving im church.
We weren’t able to go somewhere special this year. Not only because of the baby but also because it was too hot. Bush fires are still ongoing in most parts of Australia but thankfully, it rained for a couple of days now and the temperature has gone down significantly since. Yet another reason to be grateful.
So here is a couple of cards I was able to squeeze in.

The first one uses Blue Blossom paper stack I have bought from Kmart. The pack costs only $4 for 30 sheets. It’s got a number of pretty designs and I am planning to use them for upcoming cards. Then I used the sentiment from Simon Says Stamps, Autum Greetings. I had it for a while now and I was so excited when I saw the paper because I know this would go well with the sentiments. It’s very simple so I just added a few adhesive-backed gems for embellishment.

Next, I decided to combine the sentiment stamps with this My Favorite Nut stamp and die set from Neat & Tangled. This is such a fun set to play with! The squirrels are too cute!

This was the same template I used with a previous card I made. It’s versatile and easy especially for newbies like me because creating the background of the card does not require specific dies or stamps.
You can check out the card from my previous post here.
Thank! Until my next post.
