Concord and 9th Thank You Card

Thank you gratitude cardmaking idea gold and white theme

Hello everyone! I’m sharing a card making idea I have today using Thank You word die from Concord and 9th and flower dies from Scrap Dragon.

To make this thank you or gratitude card, I cut out some flowers on a regular bond paper using flower dies from Scrap Dragon. I also used the flower die that comes with Lawn Fawn Pop Up platfor die cuts.

I then used the tip of a long stick to curl the outer petals of the flower die cuts. Then I stacked them on top of each other to create a flower. I created 1 big flower, 2 medium ones, and 1 small flower. For the big flower, I coloured its inside petals with a touchof gold metallic paint from Kuretake Gansai Tambi, fading as the colour goes outward. Then I added adhesive pearls in the middle of my flowers.

For the leaves, I used the die cut from Poppystamps woven basket. I cut about 4 leaves from a gold glitter paper.

Then I cut out the word thank you from gold cardstock using Concord and 9th Say thanks dies. I also cut out a vanilla cardstock from my 2nd largest A6 rectangle die from Scrap Dragon. I cut another one in gold using the largest A6 rectangle die.

Before I adhered the elements, I splattered some gold watercolour on the vanilla cardstock. Then I used Tombow liquid glue to stick the die cuts onto the panel. I stuck the panel onto the larger gold one to create an outline.

Finally, I glued the entire panel onto a white A6 card base.
