Balancing work, family, faith, and self-care has not always been easy. Plus this year, 2025, has been particularly difficult – so much changes and losses to deal with. I’ve learned that wellness is very important and it’s not just about skin and body – it’s about peace, gratitude, and choosing kindness towards ourselves and others every single day.
That’s how Wellness Journey with Atomy gets integrated with Hugs in a Card.
It’s sharing what I learn as I heal from past hurts and chase a better version of myself and my life – from the simplest routines, reflections, and tools that help me stay centred – supported by the Atomy products I use to take care of my physical body.
